Ingredients

4 Yves Veggie Cuisine® Hot’n Spicy Veggie Dogs
4 hot dog buns
one bag TERRA Chips® Exotic Original
Salsa

1 cup Europe’s Best® Sunburst Mangoes, thawed and diced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp chili powder

Directions

Mango-Cilantro Salsa
Simply toss all ingredients together gently.

Use as a hot dog garnish on top of your veggie hot dog. These tropical hot dogs have just the right amount of spice and pair beautifully with exotic veggie chips. Enjoy!
