1 lb ripe plum tomatoes (about 6), seeded and chopped
2-4 Tbsp Spectrum Organic Olive Oil Extra Virgin
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil or parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
6-oz bag TERRA Exotic Original Chips
1. Combine all ingredients except chips in a bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
3. Serve on top of your favorite variety of TERRA Exotic Original Potato Chips.
