Veggie Turkey Reuben


8 slices rye bread, toasted
4 tsp (20 mL) deli mustard
12 slices Yves Veggie Cuisine® Veggie Turkey
1/2 cup (125 mL) prepared sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup (60 mL) Russian dressing
2 cups (500 mL) Terra® Chips, Exotic Original

  1. Spread 4 slices of bread evenly with deli mustard. Top with veggie turkey slices, sauerkraut and Russian dressing. Cap with remaining bread.
  2. Cut sandwiches in half; serve with chips.


Add sliced pickles to sandwich if desired.
To prepare sandwiches in a skillet, butter both sides of bread before pan-frying
